The mountune Rear Grooved Brake Disc Upgrade features a corrosion proof thermic black coating and a precision-machined 8-groove design to help deglaze the brake pad face and help promote even pad wear.
A direct replacement for mk3 Focus ST running the OE braking setup - supplied as a pair.

Thanks for your feedback - obviously the coating is to protect the edges and bells on the discs from going rusty, generally speaking, you wouldn't be able to apply a coating to a disc face that stays black like this as it's where the pad and disc face wear together.
United KingdomGot the front & rear grooved discs along with fast road brake pads. The fall set only costs slightly more than the originals but much better feel to them. They come on smooth without jerking your neck and will give plenty of stopping power as you progress with the pedal just an overall better feel.
Good stuff ! Very fast delivery too. And they look good also, not the most important but it's a nice bonus. They work perfectly with the Mountune Fast road pads and with racing ferodo's too. Price is very fair, not much more than a standard replacement.
