The mountune m260 power upgrade for the Mk8 Fiesta ST takes performance to a whole new level, quite literally, releasing up to 260PS and 365Nm from the ST's 1.5-litre 3-cylinder EcoBoost engine - and all whilst still retaining the factory GPF and catalyst.
The additional torque output is delivered across a wide spread in the rev-range which translates into effortless drivability and totally transforms the overall driving experience and fun-factor. By removing some of the inherent bottlenecks in the OE hardware, the optimised calibration boosts peak power to between 250-260PS and makes it equally rewarding to rev!
Installation couldn't be simpler, as the m260 calibration is supplied on our mTune SMARTflash app which allows for quick and easy calibration changes in minutes. All you need is our app, the supplied Bluetooth OBD interface and your Smartphone; no laptop, no wires, no handsets, no problem!
The latest version of SMARTflash also provides additional functionality, such as: fully configurable gauge displays using the OBD data-stream, comprehensive data-logging and a built-in performance meter, too.
m260 SMARTflash also includes plenty of user choice as standard, with three specific performance calibrations, plus two companion calibrations (standard and anti-theft) which are supplied with the following features:

Please note: in order to update to our SMARTflash V2 release, you will now need to download our partner app, ECU Connect - once 'mountune' is selected within the tuner menu of the app you will have full access to the SMARTflash V2 features.

Important: In order to achieve and maintain performance and reliability, the m260 upgrade should be used in conjunction with the hardware listed below and should only be used with 97RON+ fuel. If a lower octane rating of fuel is the only grade available we recommend switching to the m235 calibration which can be used on normal unleaded fuel reliably in all scenarios.

Even versus our m235 upgrade, our m260 provides a very noticeable uplift in power and torque across the entire rev-range. Compared to the standard vehicle it's quite literally on another level!
Please note: 97RON+ fuel should be used with m260. If this is not available, the m235 calibration should be utilised to maintain reliability.
Individual vehicle output may vary based on vehicle condition, external parameters and method of testing.
To help achieve the power and torque figures indicated and to ensure maximum reliability and a degree of headway remains, the m260 should only be used when our charge pipe upgrade (which removes a very restrictive bottleneck in the charge system), an uprated intercooler and induction kit have been installed.
Although not essential for m260, where possible, we would additionally recommend the use of our high-flow elbow, silicone induction hose, ACAI and GPF-back exhaust to ensure maximum unrestricted airflow and minimal pressure-drop across the entire intake and exhaust system.

SpainI came from a "professional tuner" to this. After all hardware installation, I was willing to get the software done. After data loading and sending to mountune via the mTune app, they replied within minutes with the files. Can't be easier doing the readout, data loading, connection test and you just have it in front of your eyes, your files are there. Installation is super easy and after loading m260 software the results are amazing. It is great how it pulls. I feel a huge difference on development behind the tune, there's no fake peak power on mid-range rpm to make it feel powerful. Delivers power smooth and brutal at the same time. It makes you feel confident flattering out just after you have done the first test drive. And it scares you if you don't really expect such a great power deliver. At the same time it is just as smooth as stock if you want to. Just amazing. I have not installed the upgraded filter box which I'll get soon the carbon open cone filter, but the intake piping in silicone and aluminium and mountune air filter I have installed. In addition to that I've got mountune throttle body and gfb dv+ valve upgrade and no failure at all. It works perfectly.

United KingdomBeen running at m260 for a month or so with all the recommended hardware and high body throttle. For me I feel like there is a slight difference but not as big of a difference everyone makes out. Yes it is a lot quicker and drinks more fuel but do question whether is it all worth it
United KingdomThe performance gains are exactly as Mountune state, and the installation process is super simple, just follow the prompts and you can't go wrong. Highly recommend.
